These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the website drszokehenrik.hu and its subdomains.

The language of the contract is Hungarian. Hungarian law applies to the contractual relationship.
Ordering
Products and services displayed on the website may be ordered online, by e-mail or by telephone. Prices are indicated in Hungarian forints (HUF), unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete contact, billing and delivery information.
After submitting an order, the customer receives an electronic confirmation. If any incorrect price, product information or technical error is identified, the Service Provider reserves the right to correct it and inform the customer. In such cases, the customer may confirm the corrected order, or either party may withdraw from the contract.
Payment and performance
The final amount payable includes all costs indicated in the order summary or confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, orders are fulfilled within one week after order, or within the statutory deadline applicable under Hungarian law. If the ordered product is not available, the Service Provider will inform the customer without delay and refund any amount already paid, no later than within 30 days.

Warranty and liability
Consumers may exercise their statutory warranty rights under Hungarian law. In the case of defective performance, the customer may request repair or replacement, unless this is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs on the Service Provider. If repair or replacement is not available, the customer may request a price reduction or, as a last resort, withdraw from the contract.
Consumers must report any defect without delay, but no later than within 2 months after discovering it. Warranty rights may generally be exercised within 2 years from performance. Within the first 6 months, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of performance, unless the Service Provider proves otherwise. After 6 months, the customer must prove that the defect existed at the time of performance.
Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by e-mail, telephone or post using the Service Provider’s contact details. Oral complaints are examined immediately where possible. Written complaints are answered in writing within the statutory deadline, with reasons given if the complaint is rejected.
The Service Provider seeks to resolve disputes peacefully. If the complaint is rejected, the consumer may contact the competent consumer protection authority or the competent conciliation body.
Data protection
Billing data and invoice-related information are stored for the period required by applicable accounting legislation. Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.
